These terms apply to your use of jazzgames.net (the “Site”), operated by Jazz Games (“Jazz Games”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our apps have their own terms

These terms cover the Site only. Each Jazz Games app is governed by its own terms of use, together with the terms of the store you downloaded it from:

Purchases and subscriptions made inside an app are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancel a subscription from the Subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site for personal, informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, app names, logos, icons and screenshots, belongs to Jazz Games or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or use our names and marks without our written permission, except to refer to our apps accurately, such as in press coverage or a review.

App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

4. Accuracy

We try to keep what the Site says about our apps current, including features, platforms and figures such as downloads and ratings. Apps change, and details may lag behind. The app's store listing is the authoritative description of what it does, and apps marked “coming soon” may change before release or not be released.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to the App Store, Google Play and other websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jazz Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
