Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jazz Games (“Jazz Games”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit jazzgames.net. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which describes what that app collects and why. You will find them listed in section 2.

1. Who we are

Jazz Games is a mobile app studio based at Fabrika, Elazığ Cd. No:225, 21120 Yenişehir / Diyarbakır, Türkiye. On Google Play our apps are published under the name Jazz Mobile. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@jazzgames.net.

This page covers the jazzgames.net website only. If you use one of our apps, the policy for that app is the one that applies:

3. What this website collects

Very little. jazzgames.net is a static page:

• No accounts and no forms. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in.
• No cookies. The site does not set cookies of its own.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The page runs no JavaScript.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

4. Services that see your request

Two providers necessarily receive technical request data when the page loads:

• Google Firebase Hosting delivers the site. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to serve the page and protect it against abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Links to the App Store, Google Play and our app websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not control what those sites collect.

5. How we use information

We use emails you send us to reply to you, to provide support for our apps and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for support and for legitimate operational and legal purposes, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Türkiye's KVKK and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@jazzgames.net. For requests about an app, the app's own policy explains what it holds and how to delete it.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes to an app's policy are published on that app's own page.
